How long does testing take before results are available?
Turnaround depends on the specific test and sample pathway. We will confirm the expected timing for the investigations you book; specialised tests may take longer than routine tests.
What do I need to know before my test?
Preparation depends on the test. We will confirm any fasting or timing instructions for the tests you book. Do not stop medicines or change your fluid intake unless the clinician responsible for your care advises you to do so.
Can I schedule a home or office appointment for sample collection?
Home and office sample collection is available by appointment for eligible tests and locations. We will confirm test suitability, preparation, appointment availability and any collection fee before scheduling.
What are your opening hours?
Opening hours and service availability vary by branch. Call us before travelling so we can confirm the current hours for the location you plan to visit.
What range of tests do you offer?
Our services include diagnostics, blood screening, endoscopy, haemodialysis, occupational health, home collection and corporate healthcare. If a test is not listed in the catalogue, send us its name and we will confirm whether it is available.
How are my results shared?
We agree the result-delivery method for your request and handle personal results confidentially. Ask our team who can receive a report if you are arranging testing for another person or an organisation.
Do you have branches outside Lagos?
Our three branches are in Lagos State. Home and office collection depends on the requested test, location and appointment availability. Contact us with your address so we can confirm whether we can support the request.
