Website analytics and enquiries

We use first-party analytics to understand how people use this website unless you switch them off below. We record page views and selected link, button and form interactions using a temporary browser-session identifier, page path, landing page, broad device type and campaign source. Where our hosting service provides it, we also record an approximate country and first-level region based on the request IP. We do not store the IP address, precise location, names, contact details or form text in analytics. You can turn analytics off or back on below; your preference is saved in this browser.

Website enquiries include the contact details and message you choose to submit. We use these to respond to your request. When the enquiry service is configured, authorised staff can review requests in the password-protected admin dashboard; a new enquiry also triggers internal alert emails and a separate receipt to the address you provide. Please do not include detailed medical history or urgent clinical information in a website message; call the centre or speak with a clinician instead.

Confidentiality of results

We handle personal results confidentially and agree the result-delivery method for each request. Ask our team who can receive a report if you are arranging testing for another person or an organisation.

Data security and retention

When configured, enquiry records are stored in the website database and available to authorised dashboard users. Access credentials and database keys must be kept private. Records are retained only as long as needed to respond and meet applicable record-keeping obligations; contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to those obligations.
